The shopping malls this area is so well-known for, such as The Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia and Prime Outlets are also within easy reach of the villa. Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes away, Sanford International 1 hour.

For golfing enthusiasts many superb courses such as Champions Gate (Greg Norman), Falcons Fire, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake, and the Disney courses are within easy reach.
